What does coaching look like?

I aim to ease your anxiety and discuss your concerns, fears, and anxiety. With my multiple years of personal experience and many years as an OB nurse, I can help you make this experience less stressful and bring back hope for you. As your fertility coach I hope to educate you, guide you, and listen to you.

What makes me different as a coach?

What sets me apart from other coaches is I have 10 years of recent fertility treatment experience while simultaneously working as a nurse in a renowned OB clinic. I will give you real and practical guidance. I know how hard this is and I will not waste your time giving you unrealistic advice.

What will we discuss?

Our phone call will be spent talking about your personal situation, your challenges, your fertility options, education about your procedures and medications, advice on how to manage this process, and anything else you would like to discuss. After the call you can expect to leave with an action plan of next steps in your fertility process. My goal is for you to end our calls feeling renewed hope and a credible path forward.
